Elmstead Farm boasts many amenities including a large professionally designed barn, individual grass paddocks, an oversized outdoor arena with show jumps, grass derby field and a fully enclosed indoor arena with a state of the art riding surface designed by Footings Unlimited.
The 26 stall barn is open and spacious with a soaring roof, windows throughout, 16 foot aisle-ways, and many double (12′x 24′) stalls. The barn includes a large client tack room, permanent stall fans, heavy duty mats in stalls and aisle-ways, multiple grooming areas, and indoor and outdoor wash racks. The roof of the barn has been specially treated with a state of the art commercial UV/SPF polymer coating to help lower and maintain the barn temperature during hot Texas summers.
Since Britt is a licensed USEF Course Designer and has a passion for course and jump design, he has worked over the years to build and acquire more than six complete courses of professional show jumps, for both the hunter and jumper divisions. The various jumps are rotated in and out of use at Elmstead and the courses are re-designed on a weekly basis.
