Here at Elmstead Farm we offer all major services for one simple flat-rate monthly fee. We maintain a limited number of clients and horses in our program so that we may provide the best possible service to each one. Our facility amenities are designed and maintained for the private use of our clients only. We do not offer public boarding, public facility use, or a public lesson program.
PRICES
Full Service Board:
$1400 per month
Board includes:
• Full use of our private, trainer-owned facility; fully fenced with electric gate
• Large box stall with mats, fans, windows and high quality bagged shavings
• Limited number of 12×24 double stalls available
• 3x daily premium grain, hay, and supplement feedings
• Customized professional training and exercise program for each horse
• Private lessons approx. three times per week during non-show weeks
• Daily individual turn-out in grass paddocks, weather permitting
• Daily routine grooming and exercise for each horse
• Outdoor and indoor lighted arenas with show jumps
• Multiple grass fields for riding and grazing
• Indoor heated wash rack and outdoor shaded wash racks
• Handling and scheduling for veterinary and farrier services
• Veterinarian and farrier on-site at least 3x/week (all services billed directly from vet and farrier)
• Tack-up service upon request during weekdays, 8 a.m.-5:30 p.m.
• Laundry service

$1.00/mile
Horse Show Fees
$75/day
Day fee includes all needed training, schooling, professional rides, grooming, tacking, un-tacking, un-braiding, bandaging, and ring-side groom service (does not include entry fees, shavings, splits, braiding or body-clipping).
Show Supply Fee: $50/week
